Easy Operation
The Gourmia Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled Sous Vide Pod features a circular LCD display that shows both the current temperature of the water and the temperature the cooker is set to reach. There is also a start/stop button as well as a Wi-Fi indicator on the display. The 'set temperature' can be easily adjusted by the scroll wheel beneath the display. The pod has a built-in clip that attaches to the side of any container so you don't need a dedicated water oven in your kitchen. The advanced system circulates up to 1.5 gallons of perfectly heated water per minute, helping ensure temperature consistency. The unit may be used with or without the mobile app.
