Government Services Forum explores citizen-centric Government Services of 2030 and beyond

DUBAI, UAE, March 30, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- the Government Services Forum was held on the 30^th of March as part of the World Government Summit 2022 at Expo 2020 Dubai. The Forum is an initiative powered by the GX program, initiated by the Emirates Government Service Excellence Program (EGSEP) at the Prime Minister's Office in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs in the UAE.

The Government Services Forum unites government decision-makers, practitioners, and innovators to re-examine and re-define the way governments design and deliver services for a citizen-centric experience today, and in the future.

With a focus on citizen-centric government services, one of the Forum themes explored how citizens of the world today are ready to engage with AI-augmented, gamified services and immersive government service experiences in the metaverse, a concept that is fast becoming a reality.
