Governor to join the Faribault Woolen Mill Company, the State's Oldest Manufacturing Company, in Celebrating Grand Re-Opening

WHO:  Governor Dayton will join other state and local dignitaries for the grand re-opening of the historic Faribault Woolen Mill alongside new owners Chuck and Paul Mooty.

WHAT:  The grand opening event will solidify the rebirth of a nostalgic brand dating back to 1865, while generating job creation. To ensure success and quality, the Mootys have reengaged the expertise of former employees to fuse old methods with new and innovative ideas.

WHEN:  Thursday, September 15 at 1:00 p.m. A formal ceremony will precede a blanket and accessory tent sale open to the public on September 16 and 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
