New immersive showroom gives luxury brands a year-round place to explore materials, emerging trends and new packaging and gifting ideas with GPA's creative teams
LEVALLOIS-PERRET, France, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GPA Global today announced Le Studio, a new immersive showroom at its Paris-area headquarters designed to give luxury brands a permanent place to see, touch and experience packaging ideas and collaborate on what comes next.
Opening officially Oct. 15, Le Studio will give brands year-round access to GPA's newest packaging and gifting concepts, emerging materials and finishes, trend forecasting and examples of the company's work for leading luxury brands.
More than a traditional showroom, Le Studio is designed as a working creative space where client teams can meet with GPA designers, develop concepts together and turn early thinking into innovative packaging concepts.
"Luxury packaging and gifting are each something you experience, and that experience is how we create emotion," said Isabelle De Maistre, Creative Director at GPA France. "You need to hold it, feel the material, see how a finish reacts to light and experience the reveal. Le Studio gives our clients a place to do that with us throughout the year, whenever a new idea, collection or challenge brings us together."
The investment comes as packaging decisions are becoming more complex for luxury brands. Companies are being asked to reduce environmental impact, respond more quickly to changing consumer expectations and manage increasingly complicated supply chains without sacrificing the materials, craftsmanship and sense of occasion that distinguish a premium product. Le Studio will also help clients integrate sustainability into decisions about materials, design and packaging innovation.
GPA already offers EnVision, a digital visualization tool that allows clients to explore packaging forms, finishes and artwork before physical samples are made. Le Studio adds a physical space where clients can reconnect with materials, textures, trends and sources of inspiration.
Le Studio is designed as a journey through the creative process rather than a static display of finished products. Among its signature features:
- TrendVision: A space dedicated to upcoming seasonal trends where brands can explore emerging colors, materials, textures and finishes and consider how they could translate into future packaging and gifting programs.
- The Collection Wall: A changing showcase of concepts developed by GPA's teams, including new materials, structures and innovations designed to provide inspiration for future launches.
- The Reveal Wall: A sliding-panel installation built around one of luxury packaging's most important moments: the reveal. It allows new concepts, collections and selected client work to be unveiled with the same sense of anticipation and discovery brands want consumers to experience when opening a package. Throughout the showroom, visitors can also explore rigid boxes, folding cartons, displays, pouches and bags, premium accessories and other packaging and gifting formats.
Le Studio also gives clients a direct connection to GPA Global's broader capabilities. The company combines creative development and packaging engineering with manufacturing, sourcing and logistics across multiple regions, allowing brands to develop an idea with one team and bring it to market through a global production network.
GPA's ability to transfer specifications, processes and manufacturing know-how between global regions also allows customers to consider different production options as their needs change, while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
"With Le Studio, we are creating a permanent place for collaboration rather than limiting those conversations to individual moments on the calendar," said Kurt Dienel, General Manager of GPA France. "A client can come to us with a brief, sit down with our team, compare materials and finishes, challenge an idea and begin building the next one. It brings the creative and technical sides of packaging and gifting together in a way that is much closer to how luxury brands themselves work."
The name Le Studio draws on the creative studios and ateliers of fashion and couture, where ideas are explored, refined and transformed into finished collections. GPA intends the showroom to operate in much the same way, continually changing as new materials, technologies, trends and concepts emerge.
The space will also host client innovation days, trend and material sessions and collaborative sustainability workshops designed to bring GPA teams and luxury brands together earlier in the creative process.
"Our goal is for clients to walk into Le Studio and immediately start thinking about what is possible," De Maistre said. "It should never feel finished. The ideas should always be changing."
