Grafine Partners and Atlantic Ridge Capital to Acquire Paragon Films

Investment builds on Grafine and Atlantic Ridge's strategic partnership, bringing together deep industrial technology expertise, differentiated investment capabilities and institutional capital.

NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Grafine Partners ("Grafine") and Atlantic Ridge Capital ("Atlantic Ridge") today announced that they have partnered to acquire Paragon Films ("Paragon" or the "Company") in a transaction valued at approximately $900 million. Atlantic Ridge will lead the investment and work closely with Paragon's management team to drive the Company's next phase of growth. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Paragon, founded in 1988 and headquartered in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, manufactures technologically advanced films used to secure and protect products during storage and transit. Its proprietary formulations and manufacturing processes allow customers to achieve superior load containment with thinner-gauge films. The Company's Thinner. Stronger.
