Grammy Award-Winning Artist Sarah McLachlan Signs With Verve Records And Prepares To Release New Album 'Shine On' On May 6

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Multi-platinum and Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Sarah McLachlan has signed with Verve Records who will release her highly anticipated new album SHINE ON on May 6, 2014.   Tune in tonight to NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno to hear McLachlan debut the new song "Beautiful Girl" from her forthcoming album.

The new album is McLachlan's first full-length recording of new material in four years and is currently being recorded in Montreal and Vancouver with Sarah's longtime collaborator/producer Pierre Marchand as well as additional tracks with Bob Rock and Vincent Jones.
