(OTC: GRCV), (the "Company"), announced today that the Company has completed the acquisition of Yuka Clothing, Inc., ("YUKA"), a Miami, Florida-based, e-commerce company with a long track record of achieving multiple millions of dollars in sales year after year.
Going forward, YUKA will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grand Capital Ventures, Inc., and its principal operating company.
