Grand Opening of Cincinnati's First Fresh Thyme Farmers Market Set for Aug. 27

CINCINNATI, July 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cincinnati's first Fresh Thyme Farmers Market will celebrate its Grand Opening Wednesday, August 27, in the Oakley community, with doors opening at 7 a.m. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is a new specialty grocer offering "healthy food at healthy values," with a focus on fresh, natural, organic and local products, all at affordable prices. The store will be located at 3321 Alamo Ave.

"Fresh Thyme is excited to introduce its newest store by hosting a fun, family-oriented grand opening celebration," CEO Chris Sherrell said. An official ribbon cutting will be at 6:45 a.m., with the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce on hand for the ceremony. The Grand Opening celebration will be filled with exciting events for the entire family including face painting, balloon animals, food sampling and children's entertainment. Additional events are scheduled to continue throughout the week.
