Grayson Capital Launches Grayson Construct Advisors to Expand Construction Advisory and Development Services

NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Grayson Capital LLC today announced the launch of Grayson Construct Advisors, a new division focused on construction advisory, development support, and strategic project sourcing for real estate owners, developers, and contractors.

The new platform expands Grayson Capital's role in the built environment by connecting property owners and developers with high-quality construction partners while helping oversee the execution of complex renovation, restoration, and development projects.

Grayson Construct Advisors will focus on projects across the New York metropolitan area and key Northeast markets, with particular expertise in roofing, façade restoration, structural concrete, and building envelope improvements, as well as select interior redevelopment and repositioning initiatives.

Through its advisory model, the firm works closely with developers, building owners, property managers, and general contractors to help identify projects, structure construction engagements, and manage execution from concept through completion.
