Great Food, Greater Good: Bonefish Grill Partners With The Robert Irvine Foundation To Support Service Members, Veterans, and First Responders

Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine brings his culinary expertise to Bonefish Grill with two limited-time dishes benefiting the Robert Irvine Foundation

TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bonefish Grill is proud to announce a partnership with the Robert Irvine Foundation to support service members, veterans, first responders and their families. Guests can now enjoy two limited-time dishes created by Chef Robert Irvine, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the foundation's mission to strengthen the physical and mental well-being of those who serve.

Developed exclusively for Bonefish Grill by Chef Robert Irvine now through Dec. 31:

Wood-Grilled Sage Ribeye - A 13-ounce ribeye expertly finished with a rich smoked sage demi-glace, then topped with golden, crispy onions and garnished with fragrant fried sage. Served alongside Bonefish Grill's signature garlic whipped potatoes and a seasonal vegetable, the dish showcases Chef Robert Irvine's approach to bold, flavorful creations.

Thai Coastal Grouper - Wood-grilled grouper finished with a comforting Thai green curry sauce and balanced with a bright pineapple salsa. Garnished with pickled Peruvian drop peppers and paired with perfect jasmine rice, the dish brings together layers of vibrant flavors and textures in every bite.

"Service members, veterans and first responders dedicate their lives to serving others, and we're honored to support them through this partnership," said John Bettin, President of Bonefish Grill. "Giving back to this community is deeply meaningful to all of us at Bonefish Grill."

For every Wood-Grilled Sage Ribeye and Thai Coastal Grouper sold, $1 will be donated to the foundation to support food access, wellness, education and community.

Guests can also donate directly to the Robert Irvine Foundation by rounding up their check total through December 1.

"Food has always been about more than what's on the plate. It brings people together, and in this case, it gives people a simple way to give back to the men and women who serve our country and our communities. I'm proud to partner with Bonefish Grill on two dishes that I hope people will enjoy, knowing that every order helps us continue taking care of our service members, veterans, first responders and their families," said Robert Irvine, Founder of the Robert Irvine Foundation.

As part of its ongoing tradition of honoring those who serve, Bonefish Grill invites veterans, active-duty and retired military members, first responders and their families to dine at any Bonefish Grill location on Veterans Day, November 11, and receive a complimentary order of Bang Bang Shrimp and a nonalcoholic beverage.
