Great Lakes Capital Announces Un Deux Trois, a Boutique French Café, Will Open This June at The Plaza at Pinnacle Hills

ROGERS, Ark., May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Great Lakes Capital (GLC) is excited to unveil Un Deux Trois, a highly curated boutique French café set to open in late June as part of the transformative Plaza at Pinnacle Hills development in Rogers, Arkansas.

Nestled within the heart of the courtyard at the Plaza, Un Deux Trois will offer an intimate, European-inspired café experience, complete with specialty coffees and teas, handcrafted pastries, savory quiches, gourmet sandwiches, and an array of refined libations. The café will be operated by Prime Hospitality Group, the renowned team behind the on-site Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.
