Now they're expanding upon that innovative decision to serve even more families with quality care.

Expanding Access and Eliminating Wait Times

Starting June 30, 2025, the partnership will begin offering appointments to most families currently on Fred Co Kids' therapy waitlist. Therapy appointments will continue to be provided at the Frederick County Pediatrics office, with Green Valley Therapy adding more therapists to the location.

Meet the Therapeutic Team

Three experienced therapists are currently offering services at the Fred Co Kids location:

Rachel Cousins, previously with Frederick County Pediatrics, has joined the Green Valley Therapy team and will continue to serve her current patients. Her familiarity with the Fred Co Kids community ensures continuity of care during this exciting transition.

Eddie Pickerall brings experience from Baltimore to Belfast in child and family therapy. Eddie is excited about the opportunity to work within an integrated healthcare setting and looks forward to serving new patients in this collaborative environment.

Rossana Hilario specializes in children and family and brings a variety of experiences to the team. Rossana is enthusiastic about the chance to provide care in a familiar, child-friendly setting where families already have established relationships.

Seamless Transition for Current Patients

Families currently on the Frederick County Pediatrics therapy waitlist will receive calls from the Green Valley Therapy administrative team to schedule appointments with Eddie or Rossana. The teams are working closely together to ensure a smooth transition and continuation of care for all existing patients.

Rachel will work collaboratively with the Green Valley Therapy team to ensure all current patients experience a seamless transition while benefiting from the expanded resources and professional community that this partnership provides.
