She joins from Baker McKenzie's Singapore office.

Bee Chun has spent her career counseling clients on cross-border transactions from Singapore to Shanghai to Beijing, representing buyers and sellers in various sectors, including health care, energy, mining, and infrastructure. Her deep experience in the region allows her to advise clients on transactions involving multiple jurisdictions, regulatory regimes, and business cultures, serving as a guide for clients in North America, Latin America, and Africa looking to invest in the Asian market and Asian clients exploring opportunities abroad.

Bee Chun joins Greenberg Traurig's robust Corporate Practice and will work closely with the firm's lawyers in offices throughout the world.
