Greenberg Traurig Has Most Attorneys on Top 100 List in 2016 Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine; Lori Cohen Ranks No. 2 Overall Among Top 10
ATLANTA, March 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that seven attorneys in the firm's Atlanta office were included in the "Top 100" list in the 2016 edition of Georgia Super Lawyers, the highest number for any Georgia firm. Additionally, Lori Cohen, chair of the National Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice and Trial Practice, was listed on the "Top 10" list, ranking number two overall. She was the only woman listed on the "Top 10" list, also listed in the "Top 50 Women" list, making her the only attorney in Georgia named to all three top lists.
Overall, 35 attorneys from its Atlanta office were listed. In addition to those on the "Top 100" list, 19 attorneys were listed as Georgia Super Lawyers, several of whom are celebrating their 10 year anniversary on the list, and nine were listed as Rising Stars.
Attorneys are chosen for inclusion in Super Lawyers based on a multiphase rating process that includes balloting, peer evaluation, and third-party research, according to Super Lawyers' website.
