Move marks the second acquisition in recent weeks, accelerating innovation for medtech and life sciences companies

The acquisition follows a decision by Enzyme CEO and Co-founder Jared Seehafer to transition into a new career path, seeking a trusted home to support Enzyme's customers into the future.

Founded in 2017, Enzyme has been recognized for its intuitive, modular QMS solutions that help life sciences companies bring safe, effective products to market.
