LONDON, April 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Grey EMEA today announced the alignment of its Turkish digital agency 41?29! with its Grey Istanbul agency to create a new integrated digital communications agency to be called 4129Grey.
From today Alemsah Ozturk will become CEO of 4129Grey and Guray Mert has been appointed General Manager of 4129Grey. Alemsah will report directly to David Patton, CEO and President of Grey EMEA.
Alper Uner will relinquish his position of CEO Grey Istanbul but will take on the role of Non-Executive Chairman of 4129Grey until the end of 2015. His position as CEO Geometry and Hogarth (which are both WPP companies) will continue.
4129Grey will offer a fully integrated team of over 150 specialists in the field of communication and digital solutions supported by the wider global capabilities of the Grey Group.
