Gridco Systems Appoints James Andrus as Vice President of Worldwide Sales

WOBURN, Mass., Nov. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Gridco Systems, a leader in active grid infrastructure solutions, today announced that it has appointed James Andrus as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Andrus brings over 25 years of utility industry experience and an in-depth understanding of how to drive global sales. In his new role at Gridco Systems, Andrus will be responsible for managing worldwide sales to help achieve the company's global business objectives.

Mr. Andrus joins Gridco Systems from Tollgrade, where he was Vice President of Global Smart Grid Sales. Prior to Tollgrade, Andrus led global sales at Echelon and Aclara/ESCO Technologies. He has also held several executive sales management positions with leading utility suppliers including ABB/Elster and Itron. Andrus holds a BA from the University of Hartford and a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
