• Sarah LeDonne, as manager, assisting investment advisers and registered funds in implementing their policies and procedures and conducting compliance reviews. Previously, LeDonne was a compliance officer at Merrill Lynch.
• Kristina Nicosia, as manager, concentrating on testing and policy development for registered advisers and funds. Nicosia previously monitored trading and margin accounts at Merrill Lynch.
