SAO PAULO, Feb. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Attitude S.A. has restructured its assets with the migration of most of the partners of its investees to the holding company and the group's rebranding into the brand with the highest market recognition (in Brazil and abroad): MZ". All the current partners, leaders and senior consultants have remained with the company, which has been reorganized into five business units. MZ" is the leading consulting firm in business communications, reputation and value in Latin America, #4 in Asia and #7 in the world.

The last six years have been supported by the capitalization of Fundo de Investimentos Jardim Botânico (2009). In this new growth phase, MZ Consult (investor relations and technology) and LEAD (reputation, value and governance) joined forces with MVL/Attitude RP (public relations), Tino (PR, digital services and healthcare marketing), Digitale.XY2 and Pixit (digital, marketing and video solutions), as well as HCI and Illios (USA) and CAN (Taiwan).
