Grupo Radio Centro LA and Spanish Broadcasting System settle lawsuit over Radio Talent
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Radio Centro ("Radio Centro") and Spanish Broadcasting System ("SBS") have settled a two-year-long lawsuit surrounding SBS employees' and radio talents' disputed move from SBS to Radio Centro. The confidential settlement marks an end to all matters in the proceeding.
"Radio Centro believes it is in the best interest of its employees and radio talent to resolve the litigation in order to allow its employees to continue to enjoy the atmosphere at Radio Centro as well as allow KXOS 93.9 FM to focus on bringing quality programming to the Los Angeles community without the distraction of litigation," stated Radio Centro counsel.
