Guajardo & Marks, LLP Announces New Associate Joining the Firm

Prior to joining Guajardo & Marks, LLP, Ms. Jobin worked at another plaintiff's firm also in the Dallas area.  Ms. Jobin's experience has allowed her to become extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of both catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases from inception through settlement or jury verdict. She has first-hand experience in a number of jury trials and has received many favorable outcomes on behalf of her clients.

Ms. Jobin is proud to join the firm and to represent those who have been catastrophically injured or in their wrongful death claims. Her primary areas of practice include: general negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice and products liability. Ms. Jobin earned her B.A. from Southern Methodist University.  She received her J.D. from Saint Mary's University School of Law, where she also was a member of the External Mock Trial Advocates program. She clerked in the Bexar County District Attorney's Office, working primarily in the felony division. Ms. Jobin is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Louisiana, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and is a member of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors.
