Guess Where Hollywood Movie Stars Are Moving Back To...Hollywood!

HOLLYWOOD, Calif., June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Everything old is new again. A Los Angeles City Council proclamation honored  the nation's leading urban living magazine, Dwell, and the Klein-Financial Group development company as "essential leaders of the restoration and enhancement of Los Angeles' urban centers as desirable residential communities." The honor was presented on Friday, June 14 by L.A. City Councilman Tom LaBonge to Dwell president Michela O'Connor Abrams and KFG CEO Bob Klein in ceremonies at the 1600 Vine building's garden terrace, backgrounded with rapturous vistas of both Hollywood and Los Angeles.

The proclamation honors Dwell for carrying the message that "the dynamic leadership and development evident in the entertainment-rich districts of downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood over the last several years has transformed these historical parts of the city into safer, more beautiful, and more desirable places to live." The magazine has also commended Klein Financial for "blazing the trail in the creation of world-class residential districts in close proximity to Los Angeles' best sports and entertainment venues, setting patterns of downtown luxury living that is culturally rich and easily accessible."
