Clarity and peace of mind are at the core of Service Plus. This new pay-per-night offer continues the GuesttoGuest free registration model while still offering members maximum flexibility. The flat nightly fee of 10 € remains the same no matter the destination, home size, or number of travelers. 

Service Plus is an advantageous offering for both guests and hosts.  Guests no longer need to worry about unforeseen circumstances during the exchange, including last minute cancellation. With Service Plus, GuesttoGuest members are always guaranteed an accommodation. Hosts are also covered up to 500.000 € in case of accident or damage to their home caused by the guest.  

True to the home exchange spirit, the hospitality between members is still free of charge. For eg, a family of 5 traveling for 7 nights will pay only 70 € for their entire stay, a fraction of the price of what a family would normally pay for a single night in a hotel.
