Guild Education Pledges No Employee Lay-Offs; Focuses on Outskilling Efforts for Laid Off and Furloughed Workers

DENVER, April 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Guild Education, a B Corporation focused on creating opportunity for America's workforce through education is committing to the no-layoff pledge, joining leading companies like its partner Salesforce in pledging to make no employee lay-offs during the next 3 months as they navigate this difficult time for employees and their families.

Guild recognizes the unique position it's in to make such a commitment and is deeply empathetic of the difficult situation that many other businesses face as they consider layoffs. As a result, Guild will be working with universities around the US to offer unique training and learning opportunities for laid off and furloughed workers.
