AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Workforce management technology leader H2 Organizer announced today a pioneering partnership with the Government of El Salvador to launch a comprehensive pilot program that eliminates traditional bottlenecks in the H-2 visa process. The collaboration is expected to significantly increase H-2A and H-2B petition approvals for Salvadoran workers by providing U.S. employers with an unprecedented "single pane of glass" management solution.

For years, U.S. agricultural employers have faced lengthy delays and administrative hurdles when sourcing temporary workers from Central America. This innovative partnership directly addresses those pain points by digitizing and streamlining the entire process from initial recruitment through daily workforce management.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of El Salvadore, Mrs. Alexandra Hill Tinoco emphasized the transformative potential:

Furthermore, Minister Hill emphasized that this synergy will broaden the range of Salvadoran worker profiles, highlighting their talent in the service sector as well as in areas such as landscaping, fish processing, among others—thereby increasing access to formal employment opportunities.

The timing couldn't be more critical. Despite strong demand from U.S. employers for temporary agricultural workers, processing delays and administrative complexity have historically constrained the flow of workers from the Northern Triangle region. This pilot program is designed to prove that technology can eliminate these bottlenecks while maintaining full compliance standards.
