Hainan Airlines Fortune Wings to Launch a New Membership Level with Many New Membership Benefits
BEIJING, June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- After a six-month, in-depth study of passengers' flight demands, Hainan Airlines frequent-flier bonus plan, the Fortune Wings Club, announced on June 30, that it will enact a comprehensive upgrade of its membership system on January 1, 2016. In addition to the newly added Platinum Card and Select Card levels, according to the corresponding member level travel features, many innovative new benefits shall be added including opportunities for free upgrades, mileage credit, VIP qualification status gifts for friends and family and so on, with a view to sharing the frequent flyer program of Hainan Airlines, Grand China Air, Tianjin Airlines, Hong Kong Airlines, Lucky Air, and Capital Airlines to provide services that are better suited to demands.
It is understood that the new membership system will have three major changes:
First, there will be the two new levels of Platinum Card and Select Cards, truly setting off from the travel requirements of members to tailor-make more personalized membership benefits.
After the upgrade, Fortune Wings Club will upgrade the current three membership levels of Gold Card, Silver Card and Fortune Wings Card to Platinum Card, Gold Card, Silver Card, Select Card, and Fortune Wings Cards. The two newly added membership levels will absorb the two groups of regular first-class and business-class members and those who take 4-19 flights per year.
By collecting VIP member suggestions and truly setting off from member demands, the new membership system has added a Platinum Card membership level, and added even more personalized VIP benefits; it has set up the Select Card membership level, and allows normal members to enjoy VIP treatment through gifted discount upgrade vouchers, which shows Hainan Airlines' corporate attitude when it comes to public achievement, public participation, and public sharing.
Second, new opportunities for free upgrades, mileage credit, VIP status gifts for friends and family and other benefits are added, showing personalized butler services while remaining internationally compatible.
