Halcyon Software Expands Presence in the Nordic Region With New Channel Partner SOSY

Halcyon Software, a global leader in multi-platform systems management software, has announced the formation of a strategic partnership with SOSY, the leading provider of monitoring, scheduling and performance management solutions for the IBM i platform for the Nordic region.
Based in Copenhagen, SOSY will deploy Halcyon's multi-platform technology across its direct customers and channel partner network throughout Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
Halcyon Software's suite of systems monitoring, scheduling and automation software enables organisations to increase the productivity of their IT teams by proactively managing critical business applications and processes to reduce the impact of service outages and errors on day-to-day operations.
In a mutual commercial agreement, SOSY has also appointed Halcyon as partners for GiAPA, a performance analysis solution capable of identifying the root cause of IBM i performance issues which could affect the smooth running of critical business processes. Halcyon has been granted rights to resell GiAPA to all of their international channel regions including EMEA, US and Asia Pac.
