Dividend 
Hamilton Lane has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share of Class A common stock to record holders at the close of business on September 19, 2025 that will be paid on October 6, 2025. The target full-year dividend of $2.16 represents a 10% increase from the prior fiscal year dividend.
