The Americas Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards, one of the world's most prestigious competitions for real estate agencies around the world. All competition entrants are rigorously assessed by a judging panel consisting of over 70 highly respected experts from all over the world, chaired by two active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness and Lord Best.
