Hiro has experienced triple digit growth since last year. Trade partners and consumers alike see the versatility of Hiro as a great low calorie, low alcohol but flavorful beverage. Hiro is hand crafted Japanese sake using only the finest ingredients at the Brewery Taiyo Shuzo, established in 1635 in the Niigata Prefecture. This Brewery is considered one of the finest craft sake breweries in Japan. Hiro offers both Junmai (Hiro Red; 15% ABV) and Junmai Ginjo (Hiro Blue; 15% ABV) sakes. Hiro can be used in an infinite number of cocktails, standing in for vodka, rum or gin and with only half the alcohol of traditional spirits. Hiro is only 39 calories/ounce, additive- and preservative-free, gluten-free (made with rice), histamine- and allergen-free (no allergic reactions) and has 1/3 the acidity of wine (making it easier on the stomach).

Hiro is available in 720ml and 300ml bottles. The suggested retail price for Hiro Red is $29.99/$15.99 and for Hiro Blue is $39.99/$19.99. In addition to Puerto Rico, Hiro is available in 19 U.S. states: CT, DE, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, RI, VA, DC, FL, UT, GA, NC, VT, AZ, CA, NV and TX.

The 35th annual San Francisco International Wine Competition, the largest wine competition in America, was judged by a prestigious panel of nationally recognized wine experts.  Led by The Tasting Panel's Anthony Dias Blue, judging was based on a blind, consensual procedure, ensuring competitive integrity as it remains the nation's most respected wine competition.

Hiro Sake is premium Japanese sake brewed in the Niigata Prefecture, the premiere sake-producing region of Japan. Hiro is offered in both Junmai (Hiro Red) and Junmai Ginjo (Hiro Blue) sake. It is imported to the U.S. by Hiro Sake USA in Manhasset, NY. In 2011 Hiro's Toji (Sake Master) was awarded first prize in a Japanese national sake competition, regarded as one of the most important sake competitions in the world.
