Lloyd is a highly respected speaker on the topics of leadership, business trends, strategic planning and accelerating growth and profitability for executive leadership. Prior to joining Handler, Lloyd raised more than $55 million in her role as Chief Advancement Officer and cofounder of King's Ridge Christian School. She was also the first female Partner at Speer & Associates, a management consultancy serving the financial services industry throughout the North, Central and South Americas for 15 years. Her career began at Bank South, now Bank of America, where she advanced to Vice President of National Corporate Lending. Lloyd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, majoring in Finance and Accounting. She currently serves as a trustee for the Maddox Family Foundation and has been a strong community advocate for education and youth wellness.
