Happy Tails: DOGTV's "Adoption Show" Sees Inspiring Success as Adopted Shelter Dogs From Across the U.S. Get New Start

SUNNYVALE, Calif., July 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Numerous homes have welcomed new, furry family members into their lives after season one of DOGTV's "Adoption Show" reached its halfway point this month. DOGTV, the world's first and only television network created specifically for dogs, has helped to find homes for 20 dogs who were in rescue shelters across the country. The "Adoption Show" has placed 29 percent of its dogs in forever homes, edging out the national average of 25 percent of dogs adopted from all shelters in the U.S.¹

The "Adoption Show" is a 15 minute program featuring 10 adoptable dogs per episode from various rescue shelters and information on how to adopt them. The show is hosted by actress Maggie Lawson, and features renowned dog trainer Victoria Stillwell, who provides tips on helping adopted dogs cope in their new home. Viewers who adopt through the "Adoption Show" receive a DOGTV goodie bag and a special adoption kit with $600 worth of product for their new pup.
