Harmar Enhances Micro Lift to Accommodate Three- and Four-Wheel Scooters

SARASOTA, Fla., April 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Harmar, an innovator of vehicle lift manufacturing and design, has now released an enhanced version of its popular AL015 Profile Micro Scooter Lift. This standard three-wheel lift now features an optional cradle to handle four-wheel scooters. Additionally, in either configuration, the wheel cradles are now adjustable to handle a wider variety of scooters up to 22 inches wide and wheelbases from 26 inches to 36 inches. Harmar has also increased the AL015's lift capacity from 135 lbs to 150 lbs.

David Baxter, Vice President of Marketing at Harmar, shared, "This simple, compact and light-weight profile design provides greater visibility to drivers when stowed, and with a lighter install weight of just 65 pounds/70 pounds, it can be used on more vehicles equipped with a Class I Hitch. That, coupled with its multiple wheel configurations, opens up hundreds more scooter-vehicle combinations that Harmar can say 'yes' to."

Harmar is headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, and its mission is to provide access to those who are mobility challenged through innovative vehicle lifts and home accessibility solutions.
