Improved dog collar – A new battery cap design that is flush with the battery housing and requires a coin to open and tighten the cap, providing a more secure fit. The new, water-resistant collar strap is made from heavy-gauge nylon webbing with a 3/4-inch snap buckle closure and fits neck sizes from 14-26 inches. For small dog owners our Small Dog system features a rubberized collar with stainless steel buckle, which fits neck sizes 10-17 inches. The Radial-Shape2 Wireless Dog Fence system can accommodate up to two (2) collars. 

Revamped Consumer Care – Redesigned with greater customer focus, including availability seven (7) days a week and streamlined processes that help minimize call times. Customers also now have the option of scheduling an appointment to walk through the fence installation set-up.
