Havas to Unite Creative and Media Teams in New Tribeca/Hudson Square Offices

NEW YORK, April 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The majority of Havas Group's New York based agencies will be moving into a new building together in 2013, as announced recently by David Jones, Global CEO Havas. This follows the regrouping of Havas' Paris based creative and media agencies in its new Parisian HQ in January.

This move reflects the Havas group's desire to reinforce its position as the most integrated of all the communications groups and its ambition to further strengthen creative and media integration by increasing shared platforms, encouraging synergies and promoting joint entities. It will also deliver operational efficiencies through HQ cost reduction and aligned back offices, and facilitate new Havas transversal offers, such as events, production, luxury.  

This announcement follows Havas' decision to rebrand its agencies which, as of September 2012, will see the replacement of the Euro RSCG brand by the Havas Worldwide brand.  In addition to underlining the integration of Havas, the rebranding aims to emphasize the simplicity of the Havas structure and increase visibility for its brand.

The new premises will be located at 200 Hudson Street in Tribeca/Hudson Square and will offer, in addition to office and meeting space, new facilities including an in-house production studio, an innovation laboratory, a theater and a cafe.
