Cram brings more than 15 years of experience in issue advocacy, communications and government affairs to the firm. Cram has held a number of high-level posts in campaigns, the federal government and the private sector during her career.

Bush's administration and Director of Public Affairs at the International Trade Administration. Cram also served as Deputy Communications Director for the Bush-Cheney campaign in 2004 and as Deputy Communications Director at the Republican National Committee.
