Health Dialog Earns NCQA Certification for 24/7 Nurse Line
BOSTON, Nov. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Dialog announced today that its 24/7 Nurse Line has received a two-year certification by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) under the Health Information Products (HIP) certification process for a Health Information Line. Health Dialog's Nurse Line, which delivers 24/7 person-to-person interactions with highly trained and experienced health coaches, has been NCQA certified since 2008.

The NCQA HIP certification process is a quality assessment program that health plans can use to evaluate organizations that develop and provide content, tools and services addressed in one or more of the certification categories. The process evaluates a HIP organization's management of various aspects of its data collection, system operations and the process it uses to continuously improve the services it provides.
