The Summit will bring together industry innovators to discuss the theme Remodeling Care Management: Data, Delivery, Disruption, which will focus on next-generation care management models fueled by data-centric methods to improve patient outcomes and plan performance.

The Summit will feature keynote speakers Jane Scott, senior vice president, clinical services, at Gorman Health Group and Michael Golinkoff, PhD, president of PerformCare, a behavioral healthcare subsidiary of AmeriHealth Caritas. Ms. Scott is a widely recognized expert on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Bonus Payment Program and leads Gorman's acclaimed Star Ratings Optimization program. "Healthcare delivery is evolving rapidly due to new reimbursement models that emphasize population health. I'm excited about the opportunity to discuss the implications for Medicare and Medicaid service delivery and how plans can improve their ratings through the implementation of best practices," Scott said.

Dr. Golinkoff has nearly 30 years of clinical and medical management experience with a focus on behavioral health and chronic conditions within vulnerable populations. "We know there's a strong correlation between behavioral health status, chronic conditions and clinical outcomes," said Golinkoff. "Plans that recognize this and address members with comorbidities achieve greater compliance and better population health outcomes. The program facilitator for the Summit is Charlene Frizzera, president, CF Health Advisors and senior advisor at Leavitt Partners. As former acting administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Frizzera played a key role in shaping CMS policy and creating the design and implementation strategy for the Affordable Care Act. Prior to that, Frizzera served as chief operating officer, deputy chief operating officer and deputy director for the Center of Medicaid and State Operations, experience that she will leverage to enhance the Summit program.
