While the two companies will remain separate entities, they will consolidate their content, operations, research, and advertising sales & marketing efforts, offering advertisers a single network of formidable quality, breadth, and depth.
Together, HMN and Everwell will reach more than 27,000 physicians nationwide and generate over 100 million annual impressions. The companies are extending their combined reach to 17 vertical disease states, including cardiology, oncology, diabetes, and rheumatology.
