Marking a pivotal evolution for the program, the 2025 Social Health Awards will exclusively accept self-entries. This strategic shift empowers individuals to directly champion their own impact and unique contributions, ensuring their authentic voices are front and center. Health leaders, ages 18 and over, from all condition areas are encouraged to submit their accomplishments starting today, July 14, 2025, at SocialHealthAwards.com. The entry period will close at 11:59 PM ET on Aug. 1, 2025.

Our judging process is designed for rigorous and equitable evaluation, bringing together a diverse and esteemed panel of experts: our dedicated community managers, experienced patient leaders, and leading industry professionals. Through this process, five finalists will be identified within each category and announced on Aug. 19, 2025. After a final round of industry and peer judging, the ultimate winners will then be honored and recognized during our virtual awards ceremony on Sept. 12, 2025.
