Health Value Institute Acquires Care Innovations Validation Institute
WOBURN, Mass., July 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Value Institute announces the acquisition of the Validation Institute. The Validation Institute acquisition allows the Health Value Institute to expand business operations into validation, consulting, in-person and online training and certification of the HR, Benefit, and Wellness executives.
Health Value Institute and Health Value Awards brings the Validation Institute to a broader audience of health care purchasers, providers, and program vendors. "The synergy will enable the Validation Institute to greatly expand its reach and grow the Validation Institutes Human Resource and Broker Training," said Vidar Jorgensen, Chairman World Congress, Health Value Awards and the Health Value Institute.
