The seminar will address the changes in relationships between physicians, hospitals, and medical groups as a result of hospital and physician payment policies. Ms. Buckley and Ms. Schoenthaler will present "Managing Fee-for-Service and Global Payment Environments: Tools and Metrics Needed for Success." Using BIDPO's experience as a case study, the pair will discuss the most effective data management strategies and reporting systems to manage medical expenses and achieve quality care across a large physician network.
