Healthcare Panel to Present to The Economic Club of Las Vegas at October 26th Event

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Economic Club of Las Vegas, a nationally renowned platform for economic discussion and debate, has announced it will host a panel of healthcare experts in Las Vegas on Thursday, October 26th, 2017 at the Las Vegas Country Club. The Healthcare Panel will discuss "A New Era in American Healthcare."

The distinguished speakers' panel includes three distinguished experts in the field of healthcare:  

Dr. Wyatt Decker, M.D. is the CEO at Mayo Clinic Arizona and a nationally and internationally recognized speaker in the fields of emergency care, change management and leadership development.  

David Orentlicher, M.D., J.D. is the Cobeaga Law Firm Professor of Law and co-director of the UNLV Health Law Program.  Nationally recognized for his expertise in health law and constitutional law, Dr. Orentlicher has testified before Congress, been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court and served on many national, state and local commissions.  

Donald Giancursio is the CEO of UnitedHealthcare's Nevada, Utah and Idaho operations, and has been a leader in the health insurance industry for over 30 years.  Don is a Board Member of the Economic Club of Las Vegas, an executive committee member of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance and a Director with the Council for a Better Nevada.
