Healthconnect Texas and Patient Care Intervention Center Unite to Expand Statewide Health Data and Community Impact

HOUSTON, Jan. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthconnect Texas and the Patient Care Intervention Center (PCIC) are announcing a strategic unification that will create an unprecedented statewide health and community data infrastructure.

This combination unites Healthconnect Texas' statewide clinical connectivity with PCIC's community-based insights in non-medical drivers of health. By bringing clinical and community data together, the combined organization will generate a more complete view of health and wellness in Texas, further expanding its ability to deliver integrated solutions for providers, community-based organizations, researchers, and policymakers.
