TAMPA, Fla. and DENVER, Colo., Feb. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthEdge Investment Partners, LLC ("HealthEdge") is pleased to announce its investment in Western Microsurgical, LLC ("WMS" or the "Company"), a leading independent service organization ("ISO") and provider of new and refurbished surgical microscopes based in Denver, CO. HealthEdge invested alongside the management team and owners of WMS, who retained meaningful ownership in the business and will remain active in the operations of the Company.

Founded in 2001 by Brian Bedrick, WMS has grown from a capital equipment distributor to a leading regional ISO, serving hospital surgical suites, ambulatory surgical centers ("ASCs"), and specialty clinics. WMS specializes in surgical microscopy, equipment, and supplies, used in specialty spine, neuro, ENT, and ophthalmology procedures. The company provides an array of support services including maintenance, break-fix repair, sales, and rentals to its customers. The Company also sells new equipment, surgical products and supplies on behalf of leading manufacturers.
