Healthy & Tasty Brands Corporation Acquires Restaurant in Greater Denver Area

The Company to Hold its Upcoming Special Shareholder Meeting Later this Year in the Greater Miami Area 

Healthy & Tasty Brands Corporation (the "Company") (OTC: GRLT) announced today the final signing of a Purchase Agreement to acquire the second Company store in the Greater Denver Area.

Henry L. Klein, CEO of Healthy & Tasty Brands, stated, "This newly acquired property is located in Greely, Colorado. This is a fully equipped restaurant and bar with seating capacity of 100+ patrons in the Main Dining area and includes a second area for special events that can handle another 50 patrons."

This is an asset purchase which includes the real estate, which the Company indicated was acquired for $500,000, with a $50,000 down payment and a $450,000 mortgage at 6% over ten years, with a 5-year balloon.  The acquisition was arranged through Mr. Randy Marshall of Sperry Van Ness, The Group Commercial, LLC of Fort Collins, Colorado.   This location will be converted into the new concept within 90 days. The new logo, shown above, will be featured in this location and all future company owned restaurants.

Mr. Klein added, "Based on guidance from a Denver marketing firm, we will seek to have a minimum of five locations in the Greater Denver Area. This will allow for a more cost-effective and successful marketing program in a large metropolitan area.  And, where possible, we plan to acquire restaurant location assets with the real estate rather than to lease such businesses."

The Company intends to announce further additions/acquisitions in the Denver and Miami areas in the near future.
