Company Updates on its Growth Plans as it Prepares for Special Shareholder Meeting on Monday, December 14, 2015 at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami, Florida.

Healthy & Tasty Brands Corporation (the "Company") (OTC: GRLT) today updates its shareholders on its growth and expansion strategy, leading up to the Special Shareholder Meeting set for mid-December 2015.

CEO Henry L. Klein is pleased to confirm that the Company has reached an agreement in principle to take over restaurants at various hotels throughout the country. Because negotiations that will allow the Company to "... step into the shoes..." of operating facilities have not been completed, the identity of the hotels cannot be provided at this time.  The Company has also identified a major bankruptcy case which will make an additional 24 fully-equipped and ready-to-serve facilities available on substantially favorable terms. Again, due to the delicate negotiations taking place, no further information can be provided, except to say that these matters should be in place when the Special Meeting of Shareholders is called to order at 1:00 pm on December 14, 2015.

The Pueblo facility should be open by that time as well. It is the avowed policy of the Company not to engage in any "startup" endeavors and to build a strong base of ownership interests.

The Special Shareholder Meeting will be accessible to anyone who wishes to attend by technology provided through Presentation Services Audio Technology ("PSAV"). The Company is making valiant efforts to have a pre-meeting "tasting" of the GRILLiT product, but that has not yet been accomplished and may not be possible at the hotel for various reasons.

As to the espresso adjunct, the Company is in the process of acquiring ownership of a roaster of high-quality coffee beans in the fulfillment of its goal of having an espresso adjunct at all locations which will provide for an "after-GRILLiT" coffee and dessert break. The espresso adjunct will also provide breakfast and a mid-morning experience through a wide variety of products with health and taste as the guiding hallmarks.

Last but not least, at the Special Shareholder Meeting, the Company will map out its long-term plans for stronger fiscal fundamentals, a greater physical presence through these United States and will squarely respond to various shareholder concerns.
