- Created over 150 new jobs in the Greater New York and New Jersey community

- Hired regional product development chef, Dominick Hayman, MS, NDTR to create culturally and regionally relevant menus to deliver great-tasting meals that broaden students' palates – student favorites from the region include the chili citrus drumstick and rice, classic spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken teriyaki with brown rice
