Heather Sieber, CAE Joins the National Parking Association As VP, Marketing & Communications

Award-winning Association Executive Joins NPA Team

WASHINGTON, Sept. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Parking Association (NPA) today announced that Heather Sieber, CAE has been named Vice President, Marketing & Communications for NPA.

Sieber brings nearly 20 years of communication expertise to NPA. Previously, Sieber served as the vice president of communications for the Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF). During her tenure, she built an award-winning communications program recognized by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the Public Relations Society of America and the International Academy of the Visual Arts.

Prior to RBFF, she managed communications for the American Gas Association, the National Investor Relations Institute and Freddie Mac. She has managed communications issues for a variety of industries including real estate, finance, energy and conservation.

Sieber received an M.A. in Journalism and Communications from Point Park University and a B.A. in Speech Communications from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She holds ASAE's prestigious CAE certification.
