The goal at HEIDENHAIN is to assist those affected businesses with their efforts to restore lost functionality of their equipment.

To assist with the equipment restoration, HEIDENHAIN representatives will discuss possible solutions, as well as search the U.S. and German warehouse locations to source the HEIDENHAIN products required to ensure that the equipment is returned to proper and safe operating conditions in an expedited manner.

In some cases, HEIDENHAIN can offer to send in Field Service Technicians to perform particularly difficult work. These requests will be based on availability of the parts required, and the availability of technicians. HEIDENHAIN will also recommend local qualified distributors, when required, as an option.
